Overview
A species of canid-like humanoids, the Rokhandan hail from their homeworld of Fen, a bread basket-type world notable for its heavily diverse biomes that resulted in countless subspecies of Rokhandan to develop over the history of their species.
An intrinsically curious species, the Rokhandan are typically at the forefront of scientific discovery, especially advancements into interstellar travel.
Excitable and outgoing, the Rokhandan are one of the most social species in the galaxy, and can be easily found in all of known space.
Appearance
The Rokhandan have a heavy resemblance to known canines, and bear the associated traits. Rokhandan boast a vast array of facial structures, body types, patterns, and coats, with some "breeds" of Rokhandan appearing incredibly similar to known Earth breeds.
Heights and body-types can vary dramatically, from short and stout to broad and imposing.
Galactic Opinion
Most Rokhandan are viewed as easily excitable and "dangerously curious", traits that the more stonefaced species of the galaxy find undesirable.
Relations with the other species tends to be warm and pleasant, as the Rokhandan (usually) stick to themselves and stay out of the business of other empires. However, their reluctance to tech-trade sometimes portrays their species as being wholly selfish and untrusting of other species.

Rokhandan's should be represented as Canine in appearance, using a canine styled head. Some examples of these are the Paws Maned Wolf, Paws Canine, Avenity Jex, Kani Dog or alternatively a non-canine head accurately modded to resemble a canine such as the Paws Feline or SKNK Skunk heads as some examples. They should sport 2 ears atop their heads along with a tail. Fur colors should range within natural fur tones such as black, brown, whites, greys ect. However they can rarely be less natural colors such as blues, reds ect. but this would be considered an abnormality.
