Osiris Interplanetary Contractors (OIC) are a paramilitary organization that operates through the White Belt taking on contracts from local authorities, private citizens and outside empires.
The OSIRIS Network is a home to the dispossesed, the free agents, those who live on the edge. Made up of mercenaries: Runners, hackers and the fixers that get them jobs. Those within the network are outside of society and do not fit into its restrictions and mores.

The local command members receive their overarching orders from an offworld HQ, however they are able to preform local duties how they see fit.
A business, the Osiris Arcadium, acts as a front for a safehouse of runners and fixers who are part of the larger darknet syndicate known as The OSIRIS Network. Osiris  feeds jobs, supplies and intelligence to the local safehouses through its moderator teams to aid its runs.

Overview
