Attack Action and Utility Action have been adjusted from 1 per turn to 1 per round each.


Eagle Eyed changed from -AC to +ACC and is now user-specific, no longer benefiting their allies
Patch-Up changed from guaranteed 8 HP healing to an unmodified 2d4
Crazy-Eye overhauled to not reduce AP cost below weapon AP cost, specified that reaction shot occurs immediately, clarified that it only triggers once, and removed the HP penalty for injecting it.

Added wording to Eagle eyed and Target painter that the ability will be removed completely if not reapplied next turn.
Clarified that Eagle Eyed can only apply -1 AC per turn, allowing Allies to also add to the stack on their turn.

Booksmarts and Mechanics added as Technical stats

Technical stats pool increased to 5.

Construction Contractor shortened to just "Contractor"

Logistics Specialists shorted to just "Logistics"

I'm with the Science Team shortened to "Science Team"

Certain weapons now can have "Traits" based on their design, the only tag currently is "Concealable"

Concealable determines whether an item appears on your titler while you are in a noncombat mode

Added "Concealable" as a weapon Trait

Most Weight 2 and Weight 1 items are now concealable, with a few exceptions, such as the Compound Bow and Medium Melee

Adjusted Damage for Large melee down to 4 per hit.

Target Painter, Syringe Gun, Foam Charges, Smoke Grenades, all injectors, Oil Slick, Barricade, Deployable cover have been made STALK friendly. The LoS is not considered broken until the end of the stalkers turn, allowing you to approach into closer ranges and receive the benefits of attacking while stalking.
